The Brotherhood of the Pâté-Croûte
Since 2009, the Brotherhood of the Pâté-Croûte has been organising the World Championship of the same name. At each event, twelve finalist chefs from France and abroad present their best recipe to a panel of judges. The aim is to promote the Pâté-Croûte as a cornerstone of gastronomy. The Brotherhood honours as ambassadors throughout the world, epicureans and gourmets alike, anyone who contributes to the reputation of the Pâté-Croûte.
Our motto: “Honni soit celui qui sans pâté-croûte prétend tenir table loyale.”
