The Championship

The 2023 Pâté-Croûte World Championship will take place in several stages, including :

  • An "Asia" selection round will be held at the French Embassy in Tokyo, Japan on October 17, 2023. The winner and runner-up will be selected to take part in the final.
  • A Grand Final
    On December 4, 2023 in Lyon, 14 finalists will compete to win over an exceptional jury!

– Equipped with their 4 complete Pâtés (80 slices), the first to be sliced during the examination and the second to be presented on a tray to the jury and then tasted during the Gala evening.
